nice job fitting all that into 2 minutes lol. But you're right people either HATE IF or they love it. I've definitely experienced a lot of fat loss with it but at the same time I counted my macros too.
My honesty recommendation, just like you mike, is if you are trying to lose weight and you're not on a bulk, I would definitely recommend intermittent fasting just so it will be easier to keep yourself at a calorie deficit.
