Android Macros App – On The Regimen

The Android Macros App is live: Download Here

Honestly guys, I was tired of answering emails about calculating macros.

So I made this free nutrition app that should help you lose fat, build muscle, and stay on track.

On The Regimen App Features:

  • Equations that use lean mass to calculate calorie maintenance
  • Training and Rest day macros
  • A simple Food Database
  • Zero advertising
  • Zero upselling

It is also available for iphone: Download Here

Leave me a comment and let me know what you think 🙂

Hey Mike, Love your app for iOS, got my mom, sister, and dog on it too. Would be cool to have a paid "trainer" subscription, where trainers could push meals to their client's phone (some older clients struggle to learn to save meals & log consistently) and also monitor clients macros and meals. If you don't get to this first, I will *evil grin*. - Adam

Omar, I believe training days (TD) have higher calories so that your body can recover, and rest days (RD) have lower calories in order to off-set the additional TD calories and keep you at your target caloric target for the week. It's likely that carbs are higher on TD's to help muscle recovery after exercise and fat is higher on RD's to help with other body functions (hormone production, etc). It's a pretty thorough system Mike has put together, try his app and see how you like it!

Thank you for sharing this app with all of us! I just started seriously counting my macros and I'm honestly tearing my hair out figuring things out. I will definitely check out your app on the Play Store.
